“Fame… What’s your name?”

FameTown may just be David Bowie’s dream-come-true. It’s certainly not the first FB game to be themed around the whole “Hollywood” experience, but it has a few things going for it that the others may not. First and foremost, variety. It’s amazing that we are still looking for it in most FB games, but it’s sure nice when a game ads a full variety of ways to play like FameTown does. The object of the game is to become more famous, duh, but how you go about it is entirely up to you. Of course you will have to make some movies, but do you want to be an action start? How about creating the next blockbuster comedies? Romance? Drama? Or just make them all. Of course making movies will add to your fan base, but so will doing other Hollywood-esque activities like attending fundraisers and parties. All of the activities come with an aspect of chance as to just how much money, fans and experience you gain from each activity. You also will need to hire the right staff and drive the right car, live in the right house… it all matters in this town.

Anyway, there’s no rocket science involved in FameTown so just dive in and see if you can make off the D list and become famous!
